Christian Meyer is a recent graduate of the University of Miami’s School of Architecture – Masters in Real Estate Development & Urbanism Program. He brings experience in architecture and development with a passion for designing modern residential spaces while respecting the urban and historical context. With experience in zoning analysis, development potential maximization, and project management, Christian is an important part of the firm’s team, contributing to both contemporary and preservation-focused projects.
A native of the Florida Panhandle, Christian has a special interest in American and Caribbean vernacular architecture, which he integrates into his design approach. He earned a Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. His academic and professional journey reflects a blend of modern design innovation and a deep understanding of urban environments, particularly in South Florida. His proficiency in both architecture and real estate development allows him to deliver unique design solutions that respond to the economic and cultural needs of the region.
Christian has worked on a variety of projects, including complex development studies, where his expertise in zoning codes, development incentives like the Live Local Act, and urban analysis helps optimize project outcomes.
