As Controller for R.J. Heisenbottle Architects, he oversees all financial, administrative, and contract functions, ensuring fiscal accountability and alignment with project and firm-wide goals.
Mr. Law provides critical leadership in project financial management across all phases of delivery, including budgeting, cost control, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis. He is highly experienced in the review and administration of industry-standard agreements, including AIA contract documents and government-owner contracts, ensuring compliance, financial transparency, and proper coordination among owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
He plays an integral role in the development and evaluation of project fee proposals, advising firm leadership on pricing strategy, risk mitigation, and contract structuring to support competitive positioning while protecting project margins.
