Coral Gables City Hall Restoration

Coral Gables City Hall is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a landmark structure designed by Phineas Paist, Harold Steward, and with Denman Fink as the artistic advisor. The striking Mediterranean Revival building is three stories tall and is constructed with local limestone. The building is pure in its Mediterranean style and is complete with a stuccoed exterior, barrel tile roof, central 3 stage clock tower, and a Corinthian colonnade. City Hall was designed to be the centerpiece of the City when it was being planned out by founder George Merrick. Our firm was selected to undertake the complete restoration of this landmark building, both inside and out.
