RJHA completed three separate projects for the City of Miami all on the site of the Historic DinnerKey Coast Guard Hanger. In 1998, RJHA in Association with Duany-Plater Zyberk completed the restoration of the historic hanger. In 2003, RJHA completed the new Shake-A-Leg building, which is owned by the City of Miami and operated under a use agreement by Shake-A-Leg. In 2004,RJHA completed work on the site by adding a new parking lot and bay walk. This transformed a previously blighted section of bay front into an important community asset.
