He is a versatile project architect with extensive knowledge in new residential multi-family construction, residential renovations and additions, and historical preservation. Daniel is recognized for his ability to efficiently manage projects from the initial concept through to the construction management phase, adeptly balancing multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
Daniel excels in developing comprehensive construction documents, including detailed Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering drawings and coordination. His leadership extends to managing large teams of draftsmen as well as ensuring high-quality production standards that are consistently met. A native of Miami, Daniel spent over 14 years in New York City, where he contributed to notable adaptive reuse projects such as The Library Apartments on the Lower East Side and Society House in the Garment District. Before relocating to New York, he worked on several high-end residential renovations and new construction projects in Miami from 2001 to 2009. Daniel holds a degree from Florida International University’s School of Architecture, equipping him with a solid foundation in architectural principles and practices. With his rich background and commitment to excellence, Daniel continues to make significant contributions to the field of architecture and construction management.
