Historic Preservation
Historic Preservation of our architectural past strengthens our ties to the future and pays respect to the unique architectural legacy of our communities, cities and neighborhoods. From Mr. Heisenbottle's very first preservation project in the Cast Iron District of New York City in 1972, his firm has evolved to offer unparalled expertise in preservation planning, consulting, restoration and adaptive reuse of historic structures. We have accomplished many significant and complicated preservation challenges over the past 21 years and it is this specialty that serves as the foundation of our firm. In 1998, the firm was accorded a National Preservation Award from the National Trust for Historic Preservation which validated and revitalized our commitment to historic architecture. We remain committed to the preservation of historic and cultural landmarks throughout the nation.
